  To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for the United States to establish
  a new subheading in chapter 39 for silicone prosthetics for women
  who are breast cancer survivors and a new subheading in chapter 90

  To amend the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for the United
  States to establish a new subheading in chapter 39 for
  silicone prosthetics for women who are breast cancer
  survivors and a new subheading in chapter 90 for mas-
  tectomy bras.
  1  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
  2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

  1     SECTION 1. ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW SUBHEADING IN
  2  CHAPTER 39 OF THE HTS.
  3  Effective with respect to goods entered for consump-
  4 tion, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on
  5 or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on January
  6 1, 2027, chapter 39 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
  7 of the United States is amended by inserting the following
  8 new subheading 3926.20.61 in numerical sequence at the
  9 same level of indentation as subheading 3926.20.60:

  15 1, 2027, chapter 90 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule
  16 of the United States is amended by inserting the following
  17 new subheading 9021.10.60 in numerical sequence at the
  18 same level of indentation as the superior subheading to
