Document has been reformatted to meet World Wide Web specifications.)A concurrent RESOLUTIONREGarding the removal of an executive officer on theaddress of two-thirds of each house of the general assembly puRsuant to Articlexv, section 3 of the South Carolina Constitution.Whereas, Article XV,Section 3 of the South Carolina Constitution provides that "[f]or any willfulneglect of duty, or other reasonable cause, which shall not be sufficientground of impeachment, the Governor shall remove any executive or judicialofficer on the address of two-thirds of each house of the General Assembly." Now,therefore,Be it resolved by the Houseof Representatives, the Senate concurring:That the members of theSouth Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, by a two-thirds vote ofthe Senate and a two-thirds vote of the House of Representatives, hereby findthat the actions of South Carolina Secretary of Commerce Harry M.
