HOUSE BILL NO. 6309
A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2092) by adding section 116.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 116. The
portion of highway M-86 in Branch County beginning at the intersection of
highway M-86 and highway US-12 and continuing west to the intersection of highway
M-86 and Arbogast Road shall be known as the "Casey Rice Memorial
Highway".
