If the stateadministrative board, acting under section 3 of 1921 PA 2, MCL 17.3, transfersfunds from an amount appropriated under part 1, the legislature may, by aconcurrent resolution adopted by a majority of the members elected to and servingin each house, intertransfer funds within part 1 for the particular department,board, commission, officer, or institution.DEPARTMENTOF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICESSec. 301. (1) Fundsappropriated in part 1 for youth and family justice bureau shall be used toexecute the powers and duties prescribed for the youth and family justicebureau under chapter XIIA of the probate code of 1939, 1939 PA 288, MCL 712A.1to 712A.32.(2) As used in this section,"youth and family justice bureau" means the youth and family justicebureau established under section 18u of chapter XIIA of the probate code of1939, 1939 PA 288, MCL 712A.18u.
