SHORT TITLE.This Act may be cited as the ``EXIM Bank Continuity inCompetitiveness Act''.SEC. 2. REFORMATION OF QUORUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSOF THE EXPORT-IMPORT BANK OF THE UNITED STATES.Section 3(c)(6)(B) of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 (12 U.S.C.635a(c)(6)) is amended--(1) in clause (i), by striking ``120'' and inserting``60''; and(2) by striking clause (vi) and inserting the following:``(vi) The temporary Board shall expirewhen the individual serving as President of theUnited States at the time the temporary Boardwas constituted is succeeded in office byanother individual or upon restoration of aquorum of the Board of Directors as defined insubparagraph (A).''.SEC. 3. CONFORMING AMENDMENT.Section 409 of division I of the Further ConsolidatedAppropriations Act, 2020 (12 U.S.C. 635a note; Public Law 116-94) isamended by striking subsection (b).SEC. 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.The amendments made by this Act shall take effect on December 31,2026.<all>
