Heat Standard
 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to authorize the
 Clean Heat Standard rules to be adopted with a price cap on the cost of clean
 heat credits. The price cap shall ensure that the cost of the Clean Heat
 Standard Program will not raise the delivered cost of fossil heating fuels more
 than $0.10 per gallon for the first five years.
