BROOKLYN PARK; NORTHWEST METRO REGIONAL ATHLETIC1.6FACILITY.1.7Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $9,500,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund1.8to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of1.9Brooklyn Park to construct, furnish, and equip an addition to the Brooklyn Park community1.10activity center to create a Northwest Metro Regional Athletic Facility, including multicourt1.11gymnasium space.1.12Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond1.13proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of1.14the state in an amount up to $9,500,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect1.15prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota1.16Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.1.17EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.Section 1. 1
