hcr4404/enrolled.txtCERTIFICATION OF ENROLLMENTHOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 440469th Legislature2025 Regular SessionAdopted by the House April 27, 2025 CERTIFICATEI, Bernard Dean, Chief Clerk of theHouse of Representatives of theState of Washington, do herebySpeaker of the House of certify that the attached is HOUSERepresentatives CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 4404 aspassed by the House ofRepresentatives and the Senate onAdopted by the Senate April 27, 2025 the dates hereon set forth.President of the Senate Chief ClerkFILEDSecretary of StateState of WashingtonHOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 4404Passed Legislature - 2025 Regular SessionState of Washington 69th Legislature 2025 Regular SessionBy Representatives Fitzgibbon and Corry1 BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of2 Washington, the Senate concurring, That immediately before3 adjournment SINE DIE of this 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth4 Legislature:5 (1) The House of Representatives shall transmit to the Senate all6 Senate bills, Senate joint resolutions, Senate concurrent7 resolutions, and Senate joint memorials in its possession that have8 not been passed by the House of Representatives, and upon receipt by9 the Senate of such measures they shall be assigned to the Senate10 Rules Committee for third reading; and11 (2) The Senate shall transmit to the House of Representatives all12 House bills, House joint resolutions, House concurrent resolutions,13 and House joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed14 by the Senate, and upon receipt by the House of Representatives of15 such measures they shall be assigned to the House Rules Committee for16 third reading; and17 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Chief Clerk of the House of18 Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall retain in their19 possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE20 DIE of the 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature, all21 legislative measures including all bills, joint resolutions,22 concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time bep. 1 HCR 4404.PL1 in their respective houses and all records, journals, dockets, and2 other documents pertaining thereto; and3 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all measures introduced at any4 special session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature shall be numbered as a5 continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2025 Regular6 Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature.--- END ---p. 2 HCR 4404.PL
