1     BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of
2 Washington,   the    Senate    concurring,   That  immediately   before
3 adjournment SINE DIE of this 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth
4 Legislature:
5     (1) The House of Representatives shall transmit to the Senate all
6 Senate   bills,    Senate    joint    resolutions,  Senate   concurrent
7 resolutions, and Senate joint memorials in its possession that have
8 not been passed by the House of Representatives, and upon receipt by
9 the Senate of such measures they shall be assigned to the Senate
10 Rules Committee for third reading; and
11     (2) The Senate shall transmit to the House of Representatives all
12 House bills, House joint resolutions, House concurrent resolutions,
13 and House joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed
14 by the Senate, and upon receipt by the House of Representatives of
15 such measures they shall be assigned to the House Rules Committee for
16 third reading; and
17     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Chief Clerk of the House of
18 Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall retain in their
19 possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE
20 DIE of the 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature, all
21 legislative   measures    including   all   bills, joint   resolutions,
22 concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time be

1 in their respective houses and all records, journals, dockets, and
2 other documents pertaining thereto; and
3     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all measures introduced at any
4 special session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature shall be numbered as a
5 continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2025 Regular
6 Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature.
