resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and
Transportation
JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Trade Commission
relating to Negative Option Rule .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Federal Trade Commission relating to Negative Option Rule (89 Fed. Reg. 90476 (November 15, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
