  declares it is not boycotting any jurisdiction  4
  with which Ohio can enjoy open trade, including  5
  Israel, and will not do so during the contract  6
  period.  7
 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
     Section 1. That section 9.76 of the Revised Code is hereby  8
repealed.  9

To repeal section 9.76 of the Revised Code to eliminate a requirement that state contracts include a provision in which the company declares it is not boycotting any jurisdiction with which Ohio can enjoy open trade, including Israel, and will not do so during the contract period.
