7An Act relating to the practice of pharmacy;
7designating certain drugs as over-the-counter;
8prohibiting pharmacist or pharmacy from requiring
8prescription; providing penalties; providing for
9codification; and providing an effective date.

11 BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA:

12     SECTION 1.       NEW LAW       A new section of law to be codified
12
13 in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 353.22.1 of Title 59, unless
13
14 there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows:
14
15     Chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin shall be over-
15
16 the-counter drugs and a pharmacist or pharmacy shall not require a
16
17 prescription for the purchase of such drugs.        If the State Board of
17
18 Pharmacy finds that a pharmacist or pharmacy is in violation of this
18
19 section, the Board shall immediately revoke the license of the
19
20 pharmacist or pharmacy and fine the pharmacist or pharmacy One
20
21 Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) per occurrence.

22     SECTION 2.    This act shall become effective November 1, 2025.
