Document has been reformatted to meet World Wide Web specifications.)A house RESOLUTIONto congratulate Gail Gingrey upon the occasion ofher fifty years of dedicated service as a realtor in south carolina and to wishher continued happiness and fulfillment in the years ahead.Whereas, the members ofthe South Carolina House of Representatives are pleased to recognize longtimeAiken Realtor and businesswoman, Gail Gingrey, upon the occasion of hercompletion of fifty years of service in the real estate profession in 2026; andWhereas, a native ofJohnston in Edgefield County, Gail Gingrey was raised on her family's farm,where her father cultivated approximately 1,200 acres of land, including cattleoperations and peach orchards, instilling in her the values of hard work andperseverance; andWhereas, Mrs. Gingreymoved to Aiken in 1972 and began her distinguished real estate career in 1976,building a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and excellence that hasendured for five decades; andWhereas, a truetrailblazer in the industry, Mrs. Gingrey made history in 1985 by co-foundingthe Real Estate Shoppe, the first all-women-owned and operated real estate firmin South Carolina and the largest agency of its kind in the Palmetto State; andWhereas, Mrs. Gingreycurrently leads a premier real estate team at Meybohm Real Estate in downtownAiken, working alongside Bethanne Farrell and one of Gingrey's grandsons,Daniel Leonardi, and is widely respected for her integrity, proactivecommunication, and unwavering commitment to her clients, family, and community;andWhereas, a devoutChristian, she is an active member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church; andWhereas, Gail has been marriedto the love of her life, Bill, for more than sixty years, and together they arethe proud parents of two children, grandparents of five grandchildren, andgreat-grandparents of six great-grandchildren; andWhereas, in her leisuretime, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering for the ClemsonTigers, and advocating for the continued growth and prosperity of hercommunity; andWhereas, the members ofthe South Carolina House of Representatives appreciate the passion, leadership,and dedication that Gail Gingrey has shown in serving the citizens and theState of South Carolina.
