2 To enact R.S. 40:5.5(E)(2)(j), relative to food service establishments; to provide for an
3exemption to the definition of food service establishment; and to provide for related
4matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6Section 1. R.S. 40:5.5(E)(2)(j) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
7§5.5. Sanitary inspections of certain food service establishments; food safety
8certificates

12(2) The term "food service establishment" shall not include any of the
13following:

15(j) An adult residential care provider.
