12 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to amend 3
13 V.S.A. § 104 to require the Secretary of State, beginning in the 2027–2028
14 biennium, to include the year of passage in the number assigned to all acts of
15 the General Assembly with the number assigned to an act taking the following
16 form: “Act No. [NUMBER]-[YEAR].”
17    An act relating to requiring the Secretary of State to include the year of
18    passage in the number assigned to acts of the General Assembly
19 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
