Small and Sarah Silva5678910 AN ACT11 MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR LAND PURCHASES AND MATCHING FUNDS12 BY THE OFFICE OF NATURAL RESOURCES TRUSTEE FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES.1314 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:15 SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred million dollars16 ($100,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the[bracketed material] = delete17 office of natural resources trustee for expenditure in fiscalunderscored material = new18 years 2027 through 2029 for land or interests in land for the19 creation, expansion or restoration of public land, including up20 to thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) for state matching21 funds to political subdivisions of the state that have been22 approved for federal assistance funding due to a natural23 disaster. Any unexpended balance remaining at the end of24 fiscal year 2029 shall revert to the general fund.25 .233424.2
