REYES, 75th Dist.AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR STAYWELLHEALTH CENTER IN THE CITY OF WATERBURY.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in GeneralAssembly convened:1That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the2 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the3 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate4 two million dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the5 Department of Economic and Community Development for the purpose6 of providing a grant-in-aid to StayWell Health Center for technology7 upgrades and capital improvements to the center's facilities in the city8 of Waterbury.Statement of Purpose:To provide funding for capital improvements to StayWell Health Centerin the city Waterbury.LCO No. 982 1 of 1
