In Colorado Revised Statutes, 2-3-1203, repeal(17)(a)(I); and add (27) as follows:2-3-1203. Sunset review of advisory committees - legislativedeclaration - definition - repeal.(17) (a) The following statutory authorizations for the designatedadvisory committees will repeal on September 1, 2026:(I) The compliance advisory panel to the air pollution control________Capital letters or bold & italic numbers indicate new material added to existing law; dashesthrough words or numbers indicate deletions from existing law and such material is not part ofthe act.division created in section 25-7-109.2, C.R.S.;(27) (a) THE FOLLOWING STATUTORY AUTHORIZATIONS FOR THEDESIGNATED ADVISORY COMMITTEES WILL REPEAL ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2036:(I) THE COMPLIANCE ADVISORY PANEL TO THE AIR POLLUTIONCONTROL DIVISION CREATED IN SECTION 25-7-109.2.(b) THIS SUBSECTION (27) IS REPEALED, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1,2038.SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25-7-109.2, amend (6)as follows:25-7-109.2. Small business stationary source technical andenvironmental compliance assistance program - rules - advisory panel- legislative declaration.(6) The general assembly finds, determines, and declares that thissection is enacted for purposes of compliance with the provisions of section507 of the federal act, 42 U.S.C. sec. 7661f. Subsections (2), (3), and (4) ofthis section and this subsection (6) are repealed, effective September 1,2026 2036. Prior to said repeal, the compliance advisory panel shall bereviewed by a legislative committee of reference, designated pursuant tosection 2-3-1201, C.R.S., to conduct the review pursuant to section2-3-1203. C.R.S.SECTION 3. Act subject to petition - effective date.
