1AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 15:1352(A)(89) and (90), relative to the crime of racketeering; to provide for
3additional crimes that are elements of racketeering activity; and to provide for related
4matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6Section 1. R.S. 15:1352(A)(89) and (90) are hereby enacted to read as follows:
7§1352. Definitions
8A. As used in this Chapter, "racketeering activity" means committing,
9attempting to commit, conspiring to commit, or soliciting, coercing, or intimidating
10another person to commit any crime that is punishable under the following
11provisions of Title 14 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Uniform
12Controlled Dangerous Substances Law, or the Louisiana Securities Law:

2 renumber the Paragraphs of R.S. 15:1352(A) so as to properly place R.S. 15:1352(A)(89)
