hr4331/introduced.txtSECOND REGULAR SESSIONHOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 4331103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLYINTRODUCED BY REPRESENTATIVE MCGAUGH.7163H.01I JOSEPH ENGLER, Chief ClerkWHEREAS, the Missouri House of Representatives recognizes the importance of2 empowering citizens to actively participate in the democratic process; and34 WHEREAS, the Missouri Association of Counties will be gathering at the State5 Capitol to promote county government and meet with state legislators as part of the annual6 Missouri Association of Counties Legislative Day:78 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we, the members of the Missouri9 House of Representatives, One Hundred Third General Assembly, grant the Missouri10 Association of Counties permission to use the House Chamber on Wednesday, April 15, 2026,11 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:45 a.m.; and1213 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sponsor of this House Resolution,14 Representative Peggy McGaugh, or her designee, shall be present in the House Chamber and15 shall assume responsibility for the group's actions for the duration of the aforementioned16 event.1718 Special note: Participants in the aforementioned event shall conduct themselves in a manner19 that preserves the dignity and honor of the House of Representatives. Such persons shall20 behave respectfully and dress appropriately for the occasion. Food items, drinks, and21 smoking are prohibited on the floor of the House and lower gallery, and participants shall22 refrain from any conduct that diminishes the decorum of the House Chamber.23 Access to the dais is limited to the Speaker's podium for purposes of using the24 microphone to speak to those assembled. Access to the staff area behind the rostrum is25 prohibited.26 Group photographs; the hanging of any banners or other items on the walls, curtains,27 or any surface within the House Chamber; and the use of any equipment, including28 computers, phones, or other items on the dais and rostrum area, are also prohibited.✔
