BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5534.915 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6
Sec. 5534.915. In addition to any other name prescribed by 7
the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound 8
lanes of state route number thirteen, between the intersection 9
of that route and Lexington road and the intersection of that 10
route and Beckley road, in Knox county, shall be known as the 11
"William 'Bill' Burgett Memorial Highway." 12
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name. 14

To enact section 5534.915 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of State Route 13 in Knox County as the "William 'Bill' Burgett Memorial Highway."
