To enact section 5534.974 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of U.S. Route 322 in 2
Cleveland as the "Cleveland Police Officer 3
Jamieson Ritter Memorial Highway." 4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5534.974 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows: 6
Sec. 5534.974. In addition to any other name prescribed in 7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of United States 8
route number three hundred twenty-two, running in an easterly 9
and westerly direction, between east fortieth street and east 10
eighty-first street, within the municipal corporation of 11
Cleveland in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "Cleveland 12
Police Officer Jamieson Ritter Memorial Highway." 13
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 14
along the highway indicating its name. 15

To enact section 5534.974 of the Revised Code to designate a portion of U.S. Route 322 in Cleveland as the "Cleveland Police Officer Jamieson Ritter Memorial Highway."
