 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to provide
 coordinated support, technical assistance, and incentives to Vermont
 businesses of all sizes and at all stages of development by expanding the
 capacity of the Vermont Small Business Development Center; appropriating
 additional funds to support the Micro Business Development Program, the
 Vermont Small Business Law Center, and the Vermont Professionals of Color
 Network; updating and improving upon the Vermont Training Program and the
 Vermont Employment Growth Incentive; and developing a one-year high
 school technical education entrepreneurship pilot program.
