 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to prohibit the
 use and sale by any person of any pesticide containing perfluoroalkyl and
 polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the State. This bill also would prohibit
 the use and sale of any pesticide packaging that contains PFAS.
    An act relating to prohibiting PFAS chemicals in pesticides and pesticide

 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
