holder

an
expired
license
may
renew
the
license

a
period
of

months
from
the

department

the

license
fee
plus
ten
percent
of
the
renewal
fee

each
month

or
portion
thereof
past
the
expiration
date
a
penalty
as

by
the
department
by
rule

All
holders
of
licenses

more

shall
apply
for
a
new

license.

person

request

fourteen

days.
Any
person
filing
a
late
request
for
inspection
shall
20
pay
a
delinquency
fee
in
an
amount
to
be
determined
by
the

board
department
.
A
person
who
fails
to
file
a
late
request
22
within
fourteen
days
from
receipt
of
the
notification
shall
be
23
subject
to
a
civil
penalty
to
be
determined
by
the
board
by
24
rule.

Notwithstanding
subsection
1
,
the
board
may
by
rule

provide
for
the
issuance
of
a
single
permit
to
a
licensee
27
to
request
multiple
inspections.
The
permit
authorizes
the

licensee
to
perform
new
electrical
installations
specified
in

the
permit.
The
board
department
shall
prescribe
the
methods
30
by
which
the
request
for
multiple
inspections
may
be
submitted
,

which
may
include
electronic
submission
or
through
a
form

prescribed
by
the
board
that
can
be
submitted
either
through

the
mail
or
by
a
fax
transmission
and
the
manner
in
which
fees

.
The
board
shall
