  A RESOLUTION
  Honoring Crown Battery Manufacturing on its One
  Hundredth Anniversary.
     WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 136th General Assembly    1
of Ohio are pleased to commend Crown Battery Manufacturing on the        2
auspicious occasion of its One Hundredth Anniversary; and  3
     WHEREAS, Recognition of this prestigious milestone is, indeed, a    4
fitting tribute to Crown Battery Manufacturing, for over the past one    5
hundred years, this fine business has attained a remarkable record of    6
service by powering equipment and systems around the world. Since its    7
founding in 1926 by William J. Koenig, the company has continually       8
demonstrated its exemplary commitment to the highest industry  9
standards, customer satisfaction, and competitive pricing, and its       10
dedication to the best interests of its clientele has been evident in    11
all its transactions; and  12
     WHEREAS, The success of Crown Battery Manufacturing is a  13
justifiable source of pride and an outstanding reflection not only on    14
the business itself but also on its astute management and hard-working   15
employees. Their vision and initiative have earned this respected        16
institution the gratitude and respect of many appreciative customers,    17
and they are truly deserving of high praise; and  18
     WHEREAS, Over the years, Crown Battery Manufacturing has enhanced   19
the quality of life within the surrounding community and has  20
contributed greatly to the area’s economic well-being. We are certain    21
that as this worthy enterprise maintains its dedication to service and   22
achievement, it will continue to prosper and will uphold the tradition   23
of excellence that has long been its hallmark; therefore be it  24
    RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 136th General    25

As Adopted by the Senate
Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, congratulate Crown  26
Battery Manufacturing on its Centennial and extend best wishes for the     27
future; and be it further  28
     RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly  29
authenticated copy of this Resolution to Crown Battery Manufacturing.      30
