hr4710/introduced.txtHOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 2026-4710, by Representative Reeves1 WHEREAS, Dr. Kristin Saboe has distinguished herself as a2 nationally recognized leader in industrial and organizational3 psychology, advancing evidence-based strategies that strengthen4 organizations, workplaces, and communities; and5 WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe serves as the head of employee voice at one of6 the world's most influential technology companies, where she leads7 innovative work harnessing organizational research, strategy, and8 policy to elevate employee experience and engagement; and9 WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe is also a professor at Georgetown University,10 and provides academic support at Seattle Pacific University,11 contributing to academic excellence by educating and mentoring12 emerging leaders in the fields of organizational psychology, people13 analytics, and workplace strategy; and14 WHEREAS, As a United States army veteran and a United States army15 reserve futures innovation officer, Dr. Saboe has demonstrated16 dedicated service to her country while applying psychological science17 to optimize performance, talent management, and policy in military18 contexts; and19 WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe previously led employee listening, research,20 and strategy at Washington's largest aerospace company, where she21 authored and guided enterprise-wide talent and research strategy22 initiatives that shaped organizational culture and capability; andp. 1 HR 47101 WHEREAS, A recognized fellow of the American psychological2 association, the society for industrial and organizational3 psychology, and the society for military psychology, Dr. Saboe has4 earned prestigious early-career awards from leading professional5 associations and was honored for her leadership impact by the6 President George W. Bush institute; and7 WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe has co-edited important scholarly works in her8 field, and contributes her expertise in leadership, talent analytics,9 and evidence-based human capital solutions to nonprofit,10 professional, and advocacy efforts; and11 WHEREAS, Through her pro bono service leading government12 relations and advocacy for the society for industrial and13 organizational psychology and as a founding board member of the14 military psychology foundation, Dr. Saboe has advanced the15 translation of scientific insight into public-facing policy and16 practice; and17 WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe's commitment to excellence in research, her18 distinguished professional service, and her contributions to both19 academic and practitioner communities reflect great credit upon20 herself, her colleagues, and the fields of psychology, organizational21 science, and strategic workforce development;22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives23 hereby honor Dr. Kristin Saboe for her outstanding achievements and24 leadership in industrial and organizational psychology, her dedicated25 service in the military and to national and global workplaces, and26 her lasting impact as a scholar, strategist, and public servant; and27 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be28 presented to Dr. Kristin Saboe as an expression of respect,29 admiration, and appreciation for her exemplary accomplishments and30 contributions to society.3132I hereby certify this to be a true and correct copy of33Resolution 4710 adopted by the House of Representatives34March 2, 202635363738p. 2 HR 47101 __________________________2 Bernard Dean, Chief Clerkp. 3 HR 4710
