3   LONG TITLE
4   General Description:
5This bill repeals Title 63G, Chapter 27, Public Contract Boycott Restrictions.
6   Highlighted Provisions:
7This bill:
8▸ repeals provisions that prohibit a public entity from entering into a contract with a
9   company based on the company's participation in a boycott of the State of Israel or an
10   economic boycott;
11▸ repeals definitions and requirements related to boycott actions, economic boycotts, and
12   related contracting certifications;
13▸ repeals contract-certification, notice, and termination provisions applicable to public
14   entities and contractors; and
15▸ repeals provisions prohibiting interference with state programs or commercial
16   relationships related to boycott-based contracting restrictions.

27   Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
28Section 1. Repealer.
29This bill repeals:
30Section 63G-27-102, Definitions.
