Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to amend the
membership structure of the Retired Employees’ Committee on Insurance by
increasing the membership count to seven, requiring that three members be
appointed by the Vermont Retired State Employees’ Association, and
authorizing a designee appointment for the Commissioner of Human
Resources.
