1AN ACT
2  RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION TO THE IDAHO STATE POLICE; APPROPRIATING AD-
3      DITIONAL MONEYS TO THE IDAHO STATE POLICE FOR THE FORENSIC SERVICES PRO-
4      GRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN
5      EFFECTIVE DATE.
6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
7      SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,
8  there is hereby appropriated to the Idaho State Police for the Forensic
9  Services Program $63,000 from the General Fund to be expended for operating
10 expenditures for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.
11     SECTION 2. An emergency existing therefor, which emergency is hereby
12 declared to exist, this act shall be in full force and effect on and after
13 July 1, 2026.
