Required disclosure on certain notices of local or special laws9A notice of the intent to introduce a bill to enact a local or special law as10required by Article III, Section 13(A) of the Constitution of Louisiana that is caused11to be published by a person other than a member of the legislature shall include the12name of the person who caused the notice to be published.DIGESTThe digest printed below was prepared by House Legislative Services.
