BRECKENRIDGE; MULTIUSE REGIONAL RECREATION CENTER1.7 INFRASTRUCTURE.1.8Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $3,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund1.9 to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of1.10 Breckenridge to acquire property for and to design, construct, furnish, and equip infrastructure1.11 to support an expansion of the Infinity Center regional recreation and wellness complex,1.12 including a parking lot and extending municipal utilities to the expansion space.1.13Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated in this section from the bond1.14 proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of1.15 the state in an amount up to $3,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect1.16 prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota1.17 Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.1.18EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.Section 1. 1
