AND JENKINS
A RESOLUTION
To commend Dr. Lawrence Dewayne Hardy for his exceptional leadership, guidance, and
prayer during the 2026 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature and to recognize
his steadfast commitment to serving others.
WHEREAS, Dr. Lawrence Dewayne Hardy has faithfully provided spiritual
leadership, encouragement, and prayer throughout the 2026 Regular Session of the Louisiana
Legislature, offering wisdom, guidance, and inspiration to legislators as they addressed the
many complex and challenging issues before them; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Hardy has consistently made himself available whenever called
upon to pray, encourage, uplift, and exhort others, demonstrating a servant's heart and a
sincere commitment to the well-being of those entrusted with public service; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Hardy is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Theo House of Judah
Ministries in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a ministry dedicated to fulfilling God's purpose and
plan by "Touching Lives and Meeting Needs Through God's Eyes"; and
WHEREAS, the vision of Theo House of Judah Ministries is to lead change, equip
and empower God's people, and positively impact the communities it serves by transforming
lives through ministry both within and beyond the walls of the church; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Hardy is an anointed apostle, teacher, prophet, and entrepreneur
whose ministry has reached people from diverse backgrounds and walks of life through his
preaching of the uncompromised Word of God with clarity, compassion, and truth; and
WHEREAS, his unwavering devotion to God, his love for people, and his willingness
to serve wherever needed have all earned him the admiration and respect of countless
individuals throughout Louisiana and beyond; and
WHEREAS, Dr. Hardy is also the proud father of five children, Zoe, Zyon,
Shandolyn, Tiffany, and Jeremiah, and he serves as an example of faith, leadership, and
dedication both in his family and in his ministry; and

WHEREAS, the people of Louisiana have been greatly blessed by Dr. Hardy's
faithful service, and it is fitting to recognize his invaluable contributions and express sincere
appreciation for the encouragement and spiritual support he has provided during the 2026
legislative session.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
does hereby commend Dr. Lawrence Dewayne Hardy for his exceptional leadership,
guidance, and prayer during the 2026 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature and does
hereby express profound gratitude for his dedicated service to the citizens of this state.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to Dr.
Lawrence Dewayne Hardy.
