1  Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State
2  Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 381, relating to the taxation of certain natural
3  gas project property and related facilities; relating to local contributions for public
4  school funding; relating to municipal property taxes; relating to the Alaska Gasline
5  Development Corporation; relating to reporting requirements for natural gas pipeline
6  projects; relating to approval of contracts by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and
7  inflation adjustment of the maximum price of natural gas; relating to an alternative
8  volumetric tax on natural gas throughput; relating to agreements and a payment related
9  to a natural gas project; and relating to municipal impact grants.
10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:
11That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of
12 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding
13 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 381, relating to
