Arkansas’ education cooperatives have stepped up support to districts, Oliva tells lawmakers

In March 2024, the state's top education official issued a warning for the state's 15 education service cooperatives: Their funding was being scrutinized, and "business as usual" was not acceptable. More than two years later, Education Secretary Jacob Oliva says efforts to make the cooperatives more effective have paid off.
