Democratic U.S. House candidate Maura Sullivan, CD-1, visits a local business two days ahead of New Hampshire’s primary election, the day her major rival Stefany Shaheen received the endorsement of Christian Urrutia, who dropped out of the race. The winner of the Democratic primary will face the winner of the Republican primary in the Nov. 3 election. Below Part 2 — New Hampshire Democratic U.S. House candidate Maura Sullivan spoke to voters at a local business in Dover ahead of the state’s September 8 Democratic primary. Sullivan, a Marine Corps veteran, spread her message about serving the greater good for residents and promised to “earn every vote.” She also addressed issues like affordability, health care and the war in Iran. The winner of the Democratic primary will face a Republican challenger in the November 3 general election which Inside Elections rated “Lean Democratic” and Cook Political Report rated “Likely Democratic.”
