(COLUMBUS, Ohio) – The Office of Budget and Management (OBM) released preliminary revenue data for August 2026. Total GRF tax receipts were $29.3 million (1.1%) above the estimate.

• Non-Auto Sales Tax collections were $5.6 million (0.5%) above the monthly estimate.

• Auto Sales Tax collections were $1.8 million (1%) above the estimate for the month.

• Personal Income Tax collections were $55 million (6.7%) above the estimate for the month.

• Commercial Activity Tax collections were $31.9 million (-6.6%) below the estimate for the month
