Salem voters on both sides of the county line should rest assured that drop boxes will be available and easily accessible during the upcoming November election as the state adapts to United States Postal Service policies meant to restrict mail-in voting.
Election officials in Marion and Polk counties told Salem Reporter that their offices are confidently prepared to handle an expected surge in drop box usage in the upcoming Nov. 3 election.
