PRESIDENT:I offer the following resolution and move its adoption:1 A SENATE RESOLUTION expressing the Indiana State2 Senate's sincere appreciation to the Indiana State Medical3 Association and the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians for4 coordinating and operating the "Doctor of the Day" program5 and to the dedicated doctors who participated.6 Whereas, The Indiana State Medical Association and the7 Indiana Academy of Family Physicians assembled some of the8 state's most talented and accomplished physicians to provide9 basic check-ups for the legislators and staff of the Senate10 during the Second Regular Session of the One Hundred Twenty-11 Fourth Indiana General Assembly;12 Whereas, Numerous doctors took time to make possible the13 "Doctor of the Day" program, which is responsible for14 maintaining a healthy, productive, and efficient legislature; and15 Whereas, Each member of the Indiana State Senate is16 deeply appreciative of the efforts of the Indiana State Medical17 Association, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, and18 the dedicated doctors who traveled to the Statehouse to19 contribute their services to the program: Therefore,2026 RR 3542/DI LW21Be it resolved by the Senate of the2General Assembly of the State of Indiana:3 SECTION 1. That the Indiana Senate expresses its sincere4 appreciation to the Indiana State Medical Association and the5 Indiana Academy of Family Physicians for coordinating and6 operating the "Doctor of the Day" program at the Indiana7 Statehouse.8 SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed9 to transmit copies of this Resolution to Dr. Ryan Singerman,10 President of the Executive Committee of the Indiana State11 Medical Association, Dr. Kyle Speakman, President of the12 Executive Committee of the Indiana Academy of Family13 Physicians, and each doctor who participated in the "Doctor of14 the Day" program.2026 RR 3542/DI LW
