Senate's sincere appreciation to the Indiana State Medical
Association and the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians for
coordinating and operating the "Doctor of the Day" program
and to the dedicated doctors who participated.

         SENATE RESOLUTION ____
     MR. PRESIDENT:
     I offer the following resolution and move its adoption:
1     A SENATE RESOLUTION expressing the Indiana State
2 Senate's sincere appreciation to the Indiana State Medical
3 Association and the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians for
4 coordinating and operating the "Doctor of the Day" program
5 and to the dedicated doctors who participated.
6     Whereas, The Indiana State Medical Association and the
7 Indiana Academy of Family Physicians assembled some of the
8 state's most talented and accomplished physicians to provide
9 basic check-ups for the legislators and staff of the Senate
10 during the Second Regular Session of the One Hundred Twenty-
11 Fourth Indiana General Assembly;
12    Whereas, Numerous doctors took time to make possible the
13 "Doctor of the Day" program, which is responsible for
14 maintaining a healthy, productive, and efficient legislature; and
15     Whereas, Each member of the Indiana State Senate is
16 deeply appreciative of the efforts of the Indiana State Medical
17 Association, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, and
18 the dedicated doctors who traveled to the Statehouse to
19 contribute their services to the program: Therefore,

1Be it resolved by the Senate of the
2General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
3      SECTION 1. That the Indiana Senate expresses its sincere
4 appreciation to the Indiana State Medical Association and the
5 Indiana Academy of Family Physicians for coordinating and
6 operating the "Doctor of the Day" program at the Indiana
7 Statehouse.
8      SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed
9 to transmit copies of this Resolution to Dr. Ryan Singerman,
10 President of the Executive Committee of the Indiana State
11 Medical Association, Dr. Kyle Speakman, President of the
12 Executive Committee of the Indiana Academy of Family
13 Physicians, and each doctor who participated in the "Doctor of
14 the Day" program.
