CARTER, JACKSON-ANDREWS, JENKINS, AND PRICE
AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 9:335(A)(2)(b), relative to child custody; to provide relative to
the best interest of a child; to provide relative to equal custody; and to provide for
related matters.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
Section 1. R.S. 9:335(A)(2)(b) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
§335. Joint custody decree and implementation order; custody during an emergency
or disaster
