17AS THE 2026 CLASS 1A-4A STATE CHAMPIONS.

19WHEREAS, the Joe T. Robinson High School Senators boys' swim and dive
20 team won the 2026 Class 1A-4A state championship held on February 28, 2026,
21 at The Benton River Center in Benton, Arkansas; and
22
23WHEREAS, the Senators won the championship with a final score of three
24 hundred sixty-nine (369) points, one hundred fifty-two (152) points ahead of
25 the next team; and
26
27WHEREAS, the Senators' team members were Harrison Bracey, Jack Bracey,
28 Brendan Corbitt, Vedant Jariwala, Will Lynch, Felippi Markovic, Christian
29 Meyer, Cotten Parker, Tate Schultz, Zane Schultz, Aidan Scott, Isaac Smith,
30 Mark Tait, William Tait, Quincy Telford, Grant Tretter, Sheriff Wolfe, and
31 Abram Wylie; and
32
33WHEREAS, the Senators' athletic trainer was Z. Patel; and
34
35WHEREAS, the Senators' coaches were Jackie Bracey and Srdan Markovic;
36 and

1      WHEREAS, the Senators' boys' relay team of Jack Bracey, Felippi
2 Markovic, Tate Schultz, and Quincy Telford broke two (2) state records in the
3 two-hundred-yard freestyle and the two-hundred-yard medley relay events; and
4
5      WHEREAS, Senators team member Jack Bracey broke the state record for
6 the two-hundred-yard individual medley event; and
7
8      WHEREAS, Senators team member Harrison Bracey was the state champion
9 runner-up in the five-hundred-yard freestyle event, and earned All-State
10 honors; and
11
12      WHEREAS, Senators team member Jack Bracey was the state champion in the
13 two-hundred-yard individual medley event, the one-hundred-yard freestyle
14 event, the two-hundred-yard free relay event, and the two-hundred-yard medley
15 relay event, and earned All-State honors; and
16
17      WHEREAS, Senators team member Felippi Markovic was the state champion
18 in the fifty-yard freestyle event, the one-hundred-yard backstroke event, the
19 two-hundred-yard free relay event, and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
20 event, and earned All-State honors; and
21
22      WHEREAS, Senators team member Tate Schultz was the state champion in
23 the two-hundred-yard free relay event and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
24 event, the state champion runner-up in the one-hundred-yard butterfly event
25 and one-hundred-yard breaststroke event, and earned All-State honors; and
26
27      WHEREAS, Senators team member Quincy Telford was the state champion in
28 the two-hundred-yard free relay event and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
29 event, was the state champion runner-up in the two-hundred-yard freestyle
30 EVENT, and earned All-State honors; and
31
32      WHEREAS, Senators coach Jackie Bracey said of the season and team,
33 "What this team has built goes beyond wins. Through hard work and commitment
34 to each other, they’ve created a championship legacy at Joe T. Robinson High
35 School. I’m proud of their competitiveness and their character—and we’re not
36 done yet. We’re already chasing the next championship in 2026–2027.”,

2 NOW THEREFORE,
3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
4 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
5
6      THAT the House of Representatives recognize the Joe T. Robinson High
7 School boys' swim and dive team as the 2026 Class 1A-4A state champions.
8
9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT upon adoption, a copy of this resolution be
10 presented to Coach Jackie Bracey and Coach Srdan Markovic by the Chief Clerk
11 of the House of Representatives.
