TO RECOGNIZE THE JOE T. ROBINSON HIGH SCHOOL SENATORS
BOYS' SWIM AND DIVE TEAM AS THE 2026 CLASS 1A-4A
STATE CHAMPIONS.
Subtitle
TO RECOGNIZE THE JOE T. ROBINSON HIGH
SCHOOL SENATORS BOYS' SWIM AND DIVE TEAM
AS THE 2026 CLASS 1A-4A STATE CHAMPIONS.
WHEREAS, the Joe T. Robinson High School Senators boys' swim and dive
team won the 2026 Class 1A-4A state championship held on February 28, 2026,
at The Benton River Center in Benton, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Senators won the championship with a final score of three
hundred sixty-nine (369) points, one hundred fifty-two (152) points ahead of
the next team; and
WHEREAS, the Senators' team members were Harrison Bracey, Jack Bracey,
Brendan Corbitt, Vedant Jariwala, Will Lynch, Felippi Markovic, Christian
Meyer, Cotten Parker, Tate Schultz, Zane Schultz, Aidan Scott, Isaac Smith,
Mark Tait, William Tait, Quincy Telford, Grant Tretter, Sheriff Wolfe, and
Abram Wylie; and
WHEREAS, the Senators' athletic trainer was Z. Patel; and
WHEREAS, the Senators' coaches were Jackie Bracey and Srdan Markovic;
and

WHEREAS, the Senators' boys' relay team of Jack Bracey, Felippi
Markovic, Tate Schultz, and Quincy Telford broke two (2) state records in the
two-hundred-yard freestyle and the two-hundred-yard medley relay events; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Jack Bracey broke the state record for
the two-hundred-yard individual medley event; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Harrison Bracey was the state champion
runner-up in the five-hundred-yard freestyle event, and earned All-State
honors; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Jack Bracey was the state champion in the
two-hundred-yard individual medley event, the one-hundred-yard freestyle
event, the two-hundred-yard free relay event, and the two-hundred-yard medley
relay event, and earned All-State honors; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Felippi Markovic was the state champion
in the fifty-yard freestyle event, the one-hundred-yard backstroke event, the
two-hundred-yard free relay event, and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
event, and earned All-State honors; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Tate Schultz was the state champion in
the two-hundred-yard free relay event and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
event, the state champion runner-up in the one-hundred-yard butterfly event
and one-hundred-yard breaststroke event, and earned All-State honors; and
WHEREAS, Senators team member Quincy Telford was the state champion in
the two-hundred-yard free relay event and the two-hundred-yard medley relay
event, was the state champion runner-up in the two-hundred-yard freestyle
EVENT, and earned All-State honors; and
WHEREAS, Senators coach Jackie Bracey said of the season and team,
"What this team has built goes beyond wins. Through hard work and commitment
to each other, they’ve created a championship legacy at Joe T. Robinson High
School. I’m proud of their competitiveness and their character—and we’re not
done yet. We’re already chasing the next championship in 2026–2027.”,

NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:
THAT the House of Representatives recognize the Joe T. Robinson High
School boys' swim and dive team as the 2026 Class 1A-4A state champions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT upon adoption, a copy of this resolution be
presented to Coach Jackie Bracey and Coach Srdan Markovic by the Chief Clerk
of the House of Representatives.
